I created an epub version of this book, with the illustrations intact, but I think the links are now broken. Perhaps I will find some time to do a more complete conversion into a full ebook format with the links and illustrations intact.

The epub is here: http://www.archive.org/details/TheRadioAmateursHandBook

This is a great book.
I went on here looking for the one with the illustrations for my Kindle. The HTML version has most of the illustrations the others have none.
What I did was open the HTML version in my browser copied and pasted it into a word document and sent it to my Kindle email address.
This worked very well. The illustrations ended up being rather small but if you increase the text size you can view them fairly well. This is a great book on the early development of radio and a great overview of the equipment they used. I highly recommend it. From an amateur radio operators perspective I loved this book.
